Even at the state level, the trilogy continues in the TEA-GOP-Republican
party. Judson Phillips boldly declared, ???The Tea Party will never rally
behind Mitt Romney.??? The "Anyone but Romney" crowd have help splinter the
once proud party of Lincoln. Then there is the GOP, the party of Teddy
Roosevelt, which was once progressive to the point of "Trust Busting" and
increased regulation of business. Now this portion has squandered their
opportunity to effect great legislation. Then there is the Republican section,
once proud Reagan-ites whom have been seriously compromised by the other
radical divisions and therefore failed to produce any jobs legislation they
ran on in the 2010 election. Once proud, now split and leader-less they wander
Colorado seeking solace from those just as split. Very entertaining primary. I
say support president Obama, because Romney is desperate and trailing in the
polls! The worst financial and economic crisis occurred before Obama. All the
federal bailouts will turn a profit? Don't tell the TEA-GOP-Republican that
this is the case, they will disavow there ever was a bailout and that America
was saved by president Obama. And at a profit to the coffers? Who'd a-thought?

How can you tell if a bird's wing is broken? (I REALLY need some PROFESSIONALS here!)?
I clipped both of my budgies wings today (they almost soared out the window). They can both still fly a bit, but not as much.
One, named Kiwi, is holding his wing up and keeps "stretching both wings" upward, this is normal, but the one that looks uncomfortable is still higher. He can still flap his wings, so I don't think its broken. (right now he is cleaning that wing). Could it be just being uncomfortable with his new wings, scince the "uncomfortable" wing's primary feathers aren't fully grown (and no, I didn't cut a blood feather)? The other wing is fine and has all its feathers, the first few are just trimmed.
And also, how can I make my budgies happy without flying, they kept flying away (when their wings were not trimmed) when I had to get them like it was a game.

The edges of his new wings are sharp; he's used to them being rounded and soft. Also, he might have gotten a smidgen bruised or pulled a muscle a little while trying to pull his wing away when you clipped it (they all do this...)
My mourning dove always does this post-clip. He'll be fine.
A broken wing cants at an odd angle, or drags on the ground; he certainly wouldn't be stretching it around!
