Whats the difference between full helical and right or left helical
What most folks call "helical" isn't, it's simply offset fletching. That's what you normally see. That's when your vanes (the bases) are still straight, but offset to the left or right to give the shaft the spin. True helical, or full helical, is when the fletching (the base) is actually curved around the shaft.

That means that bullet you fire might contain an air bubble that throws off the balance, or your arrow will flex more to one side than the other etc....and those flaws, if not compensated for, will throw off the impact point.
You can think of it like a canoe. If you only paddle on one side, you go in circles and don't get where you want to go. That's a normal arrow or un-rifled (as in fired from a smooth bore barrel) bullet. But you instead compensate by acting on the right of the arrow the same as on the left, you shift sides and paddle there, too....and you go in a straight line.
Rifling and helical fletching take those tiny flaws that throw the impact off a slight inch and they spin the bullet or arrow around so it goes back to the left the same amount. You, hopefully, hit your target.
So, offset fletching....straight based fletching that's offset from the axis of the shaft. Helical....curved fletching that curves around the shaft.
