More Great Information on Glider Single:
I want to be a Coast Guard Pilot, but I am 31 years old.I was given two potential options from my recruiter...?
He said there are no age waivers right now for OCS, which is required to be a pilot. He said I could enlist and start at E3 pay grade and try and work my way up(I have my bachelor's and will soon have my master's degree in aeronautical science...I have a private pilot's license for gliders, single engine airplanes, and helicopters). If my chances of becoming a pilot are pretty good, I wouldn't mind working up from the bottom, but by the time I put in my 4 years, I will be 1 year too old for the aviation program. The other suggestion was to be a reserve officer and try to integrate into active duty, but what are my chances of being able to fly? I am very passionate about aviation, I am a conscious pilot and am very motivated. I'll do whatever it takes if there is a way. I would be honored to fly for the Coast Guard and I have had enough life experience to know that there is not another job in the world I would rather have. Thanks for your input.

Sorry to say, but your chances are non-existent. As your recruiter said, you're already too old for active duty OCS. There may have been some miscommunication on the other point though, as you're also too old to enlist on active duty - max there is 27.
The reserve route won't help either. Even if you do enter as a reserve officer, current opportunities for integration to active duty are non-existent due to low service need. There is also no such thing as a reserve pilot (or reserve aviation anything) as all the Coast Guard's aviation jobs are active duty (reserves can't get enough CG flight time to maintain military aviation quals).
Even if by some miracle you were able to integrate from the reserves, there's also an age limit on military flight school (which you still have to go through, even if you already have your private pilot's license). You can't have turned 31 by the time selection panel that picks people for flight school convenes.
Flight school is always desired by many even in boom times, and they don't waive anything then. In hard times like now - waiver chances are a firm 0.00000%.
Unfortunately, I think you've missed your window for CG aviation.
Sorry for the bad news.
If you're interested in the Coast Guard, I'd encourage you to apply for reserve OCS anyway, as there are lots of fulfilling jobs outside of the cockpit as well.
Good luck!
